For 2017 I definitely want to blog more. It helps me turn off my mind from working all day, and it motivates me to keep me going to the gym as I know readers are waiting for my work out posts. (My Ballerina Abs Workout from this morning will be posted tomorrow but you can always access my Periscope or my Twitter if you don’t want to wait).
I decided that I wanted a logo for my blog that I can use in my workout videos and any dance/performing videos I make for my YouTube Channel I also wanted the logo to match well with my logos from Dance Exploration and ‘Dance to Learn!’® . As these all represent my brand as a whole.
I named her the Ballerina Princess and she went on some adventures over Christmas to read stories as the Sugar Plum Fairy. (Yes it’s me in the photos).
Here are some of my favorite photos from the shoot.
I loved the 2nd photo so much, I thought it would be perfect to become a part of my new logo. I thought, the way my arms float back, that this could become a part of the letter “F” in Fitterina. Since Fitterina is all about my performances, workouts and businesses, I am the best person to represent my brand. Also, knowing my life partner has taken the photo is a fun way to include him in this fun new adventure.
I love Fiverr! If you aren’t familiar with Fiverr, it’s a small business owner’s paradise. With access to talented people who can make logos, graphics, websites, and so much more! I have had the same person design my last two logos for my businesses her screen name is maheshadil. Here’s the work she did for my logos:
So I asked her, when making my Fitterina Ballerina logo, to try to keep some of the same color schemes as the two logos above! I have been waiting for a few days to get the initial proofs back and I finally got them today while I was teaching my cheerleading class!
Without further ado, here are the 3 proofs. I have some revisions, and am open to suggestions. Take a look, and leave a comment with your vote: #1, #2, or #3 and if you have any suggestions for a revision (different font, solid color on the ballerina figure, different colors etc).
I am looking forward to reading everyone’s feedback!
I personally like #3 the best since my arms are filling out the “F” like I envisioned. My boyfriend thinks it’s hard to read…so if you agree or have any suggestions, comment below⤵ (You can also join the conversation on my Facebook and Instagram Pages).
Check back later this week for the reveal! I am so excited to include you all in this process!
